HR4Hire strives towards achieving a paperless staffing and consulting process. Our workday is centred on an electronic data system, reducing our dependence on wasteful paper-trail procedures. When we organize our meetings with clients and candidates, we consider ways to reduce our total carbon footprint. For example, if a candidate has a long way to drive we will schedule interviews around his/her other appointments (and/or use video conferencing if it is a preliminary interview). Not only does this promote sustainability, it saves time for candidates and clients). In the end, this streamlines our staffing and consulting services, providing everyone with an easier and faster process.
